Okamura Corporation will exhibit its new concept seating, Leopard at NeoCon World’s Trade Fair 2009 in Chicago, USA starting from June 15th, 2009. Leopard is the product of joint development with Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan, below “OKI”). Driven by the chief development concept to create “Seat Cradle Design”, a seating design that stimulates the parent holding their child, Okamura Corporation’s advanced seating technology successfully fused with robot leg technology* derived from OKI’s mechatronics engineering to produce Leopard. The human muscle mechanism is applied to provide a superior fit that follows every posture change from sitting to standing enabling ultimate ergonomic comfort. Leopard is relaxed seating with the versatility for many applications.
